"I hate going to the hospital"

It's a sentiment shared by many, especially our elders, for whom a hospital visit is not just a trip but a journey fraught with challenges

Accessibility Issues

For many elders, just getting to the hospital is a hurdle. Mobility issues, reliance on public transport, or the need for assistance turn what should be a simple visit into a logistical challenge

Stress of the Environment

Hospitals, by their very nature, can be stressful environments. This stress can exacerbate existing conditions for our elders, making them feel worse, not better

Exposure to Infections

Elders, particularly those with compromised immune systems, face a higher risk of acquiring nosocomial infections, turning a routine visit into a potential health hazard

02

Cardiovascular Disease Among Elders

the most prevalent issue faced by our elderly population is cardiovascular disease

Facts

The American Heart Association reports that over 70% of individuals aged 60 to 79 have some form of cardiovascular disease, and this number jumps to over 85% for those 80 and older.
